Problem with 2fA - can't login

I'm a bit mad right now, but I think we can solve this problem.

I thought it would be a good idea to use the 2fA, so I started today. Configured my account, downloaded the Duo Mobile app, etc.

It doesn't work. All my PIN numbers are "wrong" and now I have to "call the customer service".

 

Please help me. ;_;

Wait five minutes and try again.

I have had the same thing happen to me once. It fixed itself after a few minutes, and by that I mean that one of the codes I used later on, worked.

I'm using Duo Mobile. Google has nothing to do with it.

Bravo on adding the 2FA option to the login process. But I'm also having issues getting it to even enable. It does not seem to sync up. I'm using Google Auth for another site and it seems ok. My phone's time is sync'd up. Help.
