markofthewild01 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2017 It took me 12 login attempts to finally get a working code. Every 3 attempts, it forces me to restart the client as it says to "call customer service". I've been having issues with it for the past week. How can I get the authenticator to work properly? I've tried syncing the time, removing then adding back the authenticator, IP lock authenticator, always use authenticator, none work. I have a dynamic IP if that helps.
Oamaru 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2017 works fine for me. I would remove it under the control panel and add your 2fa again.

THIS^ after a several attempts i would finally get in, but tonight all its telling me is to call customer service. I cant even get in. and sending an email to change password/remove authentication seems to take much longer then the 1 hour stated.
