If you use Google Auth try this: https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/35620-authentication-issue-not-accepting-6-digit-pin/ I use DUO AUTH on iphone, and I get what is happening to you occasionally when I am on the move and use my iphone as a modem to connect via 3G.
