There are 10s if not 100s of enchanters that are trying to get their hands on it and on top of that, there are all the people that have alts setup in front of the NPC to snatch it and resell it on the AH for 6500% of its original value as of late. In my humble opinion it is unacceptable accepting this extorsion, the formula respawn rate was not meant for a server that has 5-6 times the population vanilla servers had back in the day. 2 solutions seem obvious to me, either make it BoP so only enchanters can use it, or significantly lower its respawn timer, as I have waited 4 hours straight next to the npc refreshing every minute and eventually I went to sleep with nothing to show for.
