The initial confirmation email never came, so I had to log in and resend it. I get it instantly and confirm. Ellipsea 36 Report post Posted February 1, 2017 My friend didn't receive the confirmation letter for a week at any of the three different accounts she tried setting up, so I trie to make one for her. I didn't receive the confirmation either. I did try changing the password, it said it worked, but when tried logging into the console it said, "oops, something went wrong" or "to many tries" or something like that. so I could never open console either.
