Not receiving confirmation emails

Over the past few days I have been having multiple issues using TFA and i would like to change it to IP based. However when attempting to change this I should be getting an email confirmation. I have tried several times and I am not receiving the confirmation email to change this setting.

I was having issues trying to reset my password using the control panel where the email would get sent through several hours later and the link would no longer be active. So doesn't really help in that regard either. Any known work around?
