Help! Automatically disconnecting and can't log in to the site

Hi!

I played earlier today just fine with no issue. I haven't ever bought gold or even visited any of those sites. I tried logging in later tonight and was unable to. I get automatically disconnected upon login. It shows success, and then disconnected immediately. I went through step #7 listed on the common issues and did it, but that didn't work. I then tried to access my original account to log into the site and make a comment but it wouldn't let me login, or even request a new password. I have two factor authentication on my account as well. I had to make a new account for this site under the same e-mail just to log in. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
