Cannot use any chat. Have not been spamming.

Hi

I have been in this situation multiple times. I have not even copy paste spammed. I tried relog, nothing. Im not able to use Chat, general chat, whisper, world chat. Only party chat. I have no clue what is going on. Meanwhile people literally spam to sell items, gold selling, clan invites, raid offers and they just keep doing it. But I cannot even  sell my item normally. I logged in 20 minutes ago. Wanted to sell my sword using /1 Selling [Item] and then im muted. Please explain how this works? It is very hard.

Again randomly muted after using /1 Selling item. Not even spamming. I do not understand.

Think they're busy with a new anti spam system, give it a little time. I notice the same issues.

Hi I'm CM Gears,

We apologise if you've been caught by the auto-muting triggers in game. These are relatively new and devs are working to improve their reliability and eliminate false positives as much as possible. If you have been muted, it should clear automatically after ~60 minutes.

How come i am muted after 1 tem sell in trade yet i see spammers in trade and world? I have turned addon off, deleted WDB WTF Files and still the same issue.

I'm not sure if I'm muted but mine hasn't cleared,  been days already and says I must wait 690 days to speak.
