Counterspell disabling multiple schools

As a priest, if one of my holy spells get interrupted by a mage casting counterspell, it will disable both my holy tree AND my discipline tree. This is not due to the improved counterspell talent, as i am able to cast shadow spells.

Countering a spell mid-cast blocks everything from that school, it is not the same thing as talent trees. If I get CSed while casting shadowbolt (a destruction spell), I get locked out of all spells that are shadow whether they are destruction or affliction. This is working as intended.

Counterspell prevents casting of some school of magic(Frost, Fire, Arcane, Shadow, Nature, Holy), not talent tree. Spells in both Discipline and Holy trees are from holy school.
