Vannik 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2017 Posting this for a friend since he's having trouble getting a forum account set up. We are playing on Anathema horde side. A few days ago my friend tried changing his password using the ingame command, but got "this command is not valid" or something of that sort. Yesterday he discovered he couldn't log in due to an invalid password, and this morning someone was logged into his mage. Is there anything you can do to help? Vannik 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2017 Bump. He still cannot create a forum account (he repeatedly gets Error 524). When he tries to reset his password from the main Elysium site it says the email may take up to an hour to send but never comes. He's tried basically every hour since yesterday. He should also check his spam folder for the email, and if not there, he should be patient and wait for the email to get there.
