Jacko 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2017 After leveling a bit on Elyisum, I finally convinced my wife to play a character with me. We both started new characters with the intent to level together. The problem is that every time we play together, the game lags until one of us disconnects. After the disconnect, the other player can resume playing fine without lag. I did check with a GM to make sure this allowed because I don't want any multiboxing accusations thrown around, GM says fine as long as it's 2 different people playing each account. The other strange thing is that if I'm on my level 55 character doing whatever across the world, and she's leveling in Trisfal, there is no lag for either of us, only when we are near each other do we get this problem. SaintPaul 1 Report post Posted February 10, 2017 (edited) Strange. I can confirm it's nothing server related as I play with my wife on Elysium and we don't have any problems. Same setup as you, 2 machines on the same LAN. If both machines are connected directly to the router, this shouldn't be a problem. Edit: Try updating your firmware.
