I have muted in all chats (only guild works)

I askin tanks by wispering " ZF  need  tank , go? ( if ia already asked you, sorry ) ", and one seconde i was muted! I not gold seller i just tring to make a groupe to dangeon!

 

Guys i know goldsellers is a problemm, but muted people who makin groupe to instances its realy bad idia :( !  

Spam in LFG and Trade chats works very bad to form groupe. All time ppl wispering to tanks\heals and now who all time make groupes( leaders) have muted chanels, and many ppl skip inst content . PLZ fix it or make some way to form dangeon groupe.
