Unable to change password

I am unable to change my password because every time I try to request the password change via the control panel I get this message "Elysium is sending an industrial amount of emails and we may have reached your provider rate's limit. If you do not receive the email after an hour, please retry in an hour." So I just never get to change my password. I'd love to put a 2fa on but that has the same issue. Same with trying to create an account.

Okay try requesting the password in the control panel. After you do this you will see log out on the left side under control panel. LOG OUT then check your emails to see if you received the change password email. THEN click it and see if it transfers you to the change password page on the Elysium website. Give that a shot and holler back if it works

After looking around in the forums Alpha199 and Jpeg I found out many many people are running into this problem and it seems to be the Elysium email services are all jacked up. They will probably fix this soon and you will be good to go

Same problem here. My account was hacked by the time and my gold was stoled.

You guys must do something! I can`t ewaven set the 2FA. E-mail never arrives to my mailbox!!!!

Same here , just got hacked and cant change the password -_-  at least add an option where we can change the mail adress

You guys could try whitelisting the elysium email address (the address the email comes from)

Sometimes the email provider blocks Elysium emails thinking they are spam.

It could of course turn out to be the Elysium email server is down or under DDoS or something in which case there is nothing you can do but wait until they fix it :/

It's working for me. Check your spam folder a bizillion of em just showed up an hour ago.
