Unintentionally Sold Mirah's Song, Possible to restore?

As the title says. I was looking around my bank for my Mirah's Song and it wasn't there. I must have vendored it at some point and was hoping it is possible to have the Item restored as it is important item for Sword Combat Rogue. I'm on Zeth'kur character name Toomuchdrugs. Would be greatly appreciated.

Put in a ticket, if you've done the quest it should be able to be restored.

Does the ticket system work on Zeth'kur someone said it doesn't. I have submitted a ticket but I don't know if I need to stay online and wait for a reply or one I click submit it's done and I don't have to think about it.
