This could be some reason for his problem but then his characters would not be shown in the guild member list. So his chars shall not really be deleted. They have been removed from guild/friendlists so they are not there anymore. Erjh8765 19 Report post Posted February 18, 2017 Most priobably you got hacked and the hacker deleted your toons after stripping them. ELYSIUM won't restore your characters. Read the TOS.
