LBRS/UBRS forced boss(es) to respawn

Couple of times there have been a couple of groups that have provoked a second rend spawn or a second omokk spawn which appears to be an easy way on being subject to a permaban. Could thsi be removed ASAP to avoid being peer pressured into exploiting the dungeon?
