Mayor D/C "hole" surrounding WC in Barrens on Darrowshire.

Recommended Posts

If you run close to the mountain surrounding WC you have a chance of D/C'ing. When you log in again you fall through the world and end up close the the instance of WC. Sometimes inside the instance.

You won't die but depending on your level you might end up dead because of the elilte mobs around the entrance.

IF you die and try to run back you'll end up INSIDE the instance but cannot get out. - You'll eventually get teleported back to the graveyard and can run back only to may get teleported inside the entrance again.

While dead you cannot use use your heartstone and since you cannot find your corpse you cannot ressurrect either.

Seems that the recent hotfix made things worse. Its happening a lot more to a lot more people now.

This is what Gears the community manager said to me when I made a topic on this issue,

Quote

We are aware of these and devs are working hard to investigate and fix them, we ask that everyone remain patient.

Realms remain up while investigations and fixing is on-going, taking them down would not improve the situation, and at least players can play somewhat.

We do apologise for all inconvenience and difficulties our players are enduring at this time.

And then Gears closes my topic for some unknown reason so I cant even reply.

Does this mean the only way to fix it would include restarting the servers again and they are saying its not worth restarting right now?

Quite frankly the fact that its a known issue and didn't get fixed before it just now got worse, is such sloppy development. How many people have to have this problem before the team decides to make it a priority?

Everyone please keep making posts like this, its not right for the elys team to look over game breaking bugs and then say "at least people can play somewhat" then proceed to close topics on the issue. I ask again, how many people need to have this problem before it becomes a priority? The answer is 0, because NO ONE deserves this issue.

Making multiple posts and encouraging others to make multiple posts on the same topic, I guarantee you isn't going to help the issue.  They're working on it, they're telling you they're working on it.  They're not going to stop working on it to come read another thread about how things aren't working.
