sp33dman 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2017 (edited) So I have the 2 steps authenticator activated on my account. I reinstalled the software of my phone, so therefore I've lost the google authenticator accounts that i've made for WoW. Now when i'm trying to delete the 2 step authenticator from my control panel, it asks for the 6 digit code that I don't have. I dont have the QR codes on my email, is there another way to resend them to my assigned email or sync the Authenticator again to my account? I had the authenticator on mobile, thinking I was fine, but didnt thought about reinstalling the software, that the accounts of the gmail authenticator will be deleted. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

monmon 1 Report post Posted February 20, 2017 Now take a picture with your phone of the QR code, just a regular old picture. Store it on any cloud you may have, or even on your phone.
