Unable to talk in whisper / general chat

Greetings, GM team. I am having issues being able to whisper or talk in /say or even general chat.

Server name: Elysium,  Character: Vaux

 

I remember earlier i had spammed /lol or /rofl at an alliance character possibly like 10 times. I was not aware that this would cause my character to become muted. I have experienced this in the past but usually it is resolved with your anti spam mechanics within the first 1 hour. It has been 3 hours now since i have been able to type anything.

Can you please fix this issue? I would like to be able to play the game, join parties etc. Thank you.

Unlike the above however I have not been spamming recently... however I did install a new damage addon a week ago that when reporting to party does get me muted for a very short time and I had used it a few times, but not used the report function for days due to the muting. Never had this happen before, is it something to do with the updates?

No messages or anything are given when I try to whisper etc, I was in a group evereything was working fine, we ended Strat UD... I /camped to log out and back in to redo another run and couldnt whisper the group I had been with to get reinvited.

I am having the same problem. The last thing I said was part of some stupid discussion about currency in Barrens Chat where I said the words 'dollars' and 'euros' a few times. It has been 4-5 hours now and I still can't use chat.

Same problem here, It's been 19 hours ago since I got the mute, and It's still not removed :S

Haven't been able to /w /s /y nor talk in general channels since for at least 10 hours. Have tried to delete WTD and WTF files.

I ticketed a GM and my issue has been resolved. Took under 1h, so credit to GM's for fast response

I have the same issue, I have filed a bug report, send a ticket to a GM. and i have still been muted for 18 hours or so.

Can we please get unmuted.

Character: Nurax on Elysium.
