Buddy Bradley 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2017 (edited) I've tried creating two different accounts now, with the same result both times - I can't get past the login screen, as soon as I enter my password it says "Disconnected from server". This seems like a serious problem, if nobody can register to play. Edit: I've double-checked and triple-checked that I have the correct realmlist.wtf entry. monmon 1 Report post Posted February 19, 2017 Let me guess: You copy pasted the information into your realmlist.wtf? If so, and if you copied it from the "how to play on elysium" page, then remove the two ' ' in the string set realmlist 'logon.elysium-project.org' to set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org Also make sure that you only have one Realmlist.wtf Depending on where you got it from, some have more than one in the folder. Lastly make sure that the the servers are even online Here

Every time I've tried to login, the servers have been up.
monmon 1 Report post Posted February 19, 2017 Sounds like you have a corrupt or bad source file for wow. Try downloading another source and try over.
Buddy Bradley 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2017 Fixed. Problem was that I'd renamed realmlist.wtf as realmlist.wtf.wtf (because Windows was hiding extensions and I use it so rarely I'd forgotten about that setting).
