I got hacked

I got hacked five days ago but i couldn't change my password. Finally, i changed my password two days ago and i opened a ticket two days ago. However, nobody didn't help me. My character is naked and i got 0 copper. I want to play with this character. Please help me...

Nobody will help you.

As per policy, none of your items and none of your gold will be restored. They only restore items such as Rok Delar or Benediction.

To avoid getting hacked in the future, enable 2FA. Instructions on how to do so are in my profile's about me section.

there is no virus at my computer. i got hacked because of some of Ddos they got my password. how can i play with 0 copper and no items at 29 level? about hacking, this is not my fault.

Please be civil. The user above just stated you the facts of Elysium policy, your account = your responsibility. 

2FA is a must have an option if you want to avoid such unpleasant situations.

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts.

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored
