I am unable to enter

Hello, dear support! When I´m trying to enter the game server Anathema I see the following: Disconnect from the server. The server status is online. What's the reason that I can't enter the game? Thank you in advance!

Who knows, with what info you gave?  Did you create a game account?  Is your realmlist correct?

here's the basic stuff:

 

Make sure you are operating as administrator.  Right click wow.exe and set to administrator.  Make sure you are launching from wow.exe and not any launcher if you have one.  If the wow folder is in program files, move it out of there.

Does your realmlist.wtf say: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org  ?  if not, use notepad to write that in there.  If it already did, you can try using the IP address instead: set realmlist 164.132.233.125

My realmlist is correct as I have already been playing for about two weeks. I started as admin through wow.exe. Wow folder is not in the program files. I´ve made firewall to allow launching this game. Realmist.wtf was edited correctly. I tried to launch with that iP which you had given to me but it isn´t working either. The thing is that I played. What might have happened I don´t know. I´ve already tried everything that you suggested.

I dont know what happened but without any reason I ve just entered the realm. Is there any possibility that my account was hacked and someone else was enjoying the time? It´s strange.
