Lost my quest's reward

Help me please! My quest's reward has been delete after shutdown the server! 

I return to the game. Quest is done, but the reward is not in my bag! (Server Time about 08:30)

Location: Siverpine Forest

Lost the reward: Recipe: Discolored Healing Potion ( http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=4597#reward-of )
