Mrblomster 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2017 (edited) At The Great lift between Thousand needles and The Barrens, there is a quest npc named Brave Moonhorn. Usually he stands at the top of lift (Barrens side) but now he stands at the bottom of the lift (Thousand needles side). I can see he is offering a quest, I can click him but nothing happens.
