Character Stuck in Instance - DC When logging in!

Please help, my toon is stuck in BRD and DCs when i try to login

Try again later, I had it before too (not BRD in particular) but about an hour later I was able to login without DC

Have you tried logging in on another character, or made a new character to see if it's specifically that character that's bugged?
