I have not received the confirmation E-mail after registration

Hi guys,

please help me out. I have not received the confirmation E-mail even though my E-mail is working perfectly. I keep resending it, but still does not work. The mail cannot be in my spam box either, I have checked it multiple times :(.

Are you using a Hotmail or Outlook account? Emails sent to there are normally not received the first time or will take longer due to Microsoft blacklisting Elysium emails.
