[AddOn] LUF target and party frames wont show border color

Hey guys,

I'm currently using LUF, with a series of other addons (will post screenshots below), and I'm really satisfied so far.

However one thing is truly bugging me. Being a priest, I feel obligated to be a master of dispelling, and thus, it truly bothers me that I cant get the border colors to work. I've posted both my UI and my addon list. I'm open for suggestions in terms of other addons, should the problem not be resolvable.

I truly appreciate any help.

Those border colors show around the actual debuff.
