It took about 36 hours, but my good friend did get his authenticating email!  So thank you for that, Elysium team!

However, we are having problems he downloaded from the link given in the beginner's guide.  It worked last night apparently, but when he tried to start it today he gets an error saying he does not have the DivxDecoder.dll or Fmod.dll files.  Obviously, the repair function does not work because, well, ya know.

Anyway, any help?  I'm assuming I can't just put two .dll files on a flash drive or email and have him save them in the program files. Should he just uninstall and reinstall from the same source again thinking it was just a fluke? I used the same Google Drive download he did prior for two computers and had no issues.

Also, since it does not show up in Uninstall a Program in Windows 10, to install, does he just delete the whole file, delete it in the recycle bin, and then reinstall?  Or does he have to do more? Any help is appreciated!!

Yes you can just send him the missing files.  Yes he can throw the folder in the trash.  If he needs a different download, these clients appear to still download.
