whatisgoingon 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2017 please read what they do, if you see they lack your place style, choose higher ranks. if you want to dps with the frostbolt ofc you dont take the lvl 1. the lvl 1s are just used for efficiency. read their tooltip and figure out why they are used, it's totally obvious compared to higher level ones :) and then go and play and you naturally and effortlessly see what you need. simply by playing and adapting to circumstances. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
