My account was stolen from the three character removed about 200G, level 60 Druid about 100G, level 1 Reverend about 110G, level 13 Magic about 15G. Now I had modify the account password, retrieve account ownership back. Account theft time is February 25, 2017, Beijing time at around 10 a.m.. Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are exceptions to this: Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them.
