Password Reset doesn't work

See title.

Got the 2FA-Setup and all, but whenever I try to reset my pw, the link in the email sends me back to my control panel, with no options for setting a new password.

Also, what was the ingame command again?

The servers are under massive DDoS attack, so probably that's the issue why you can't reset a password right now.

Nah, hasn't worked several days ago.

Got it though by clicking on "Forgot password". So I guess it's kinda fixed now.

Currently not working for me. Using "Forgot password" I follow the link from the email, and enter the new password twice, click Change Password, and the page just reloads for me to enter the password again, and the old password is still in place.

Also tried the .account password command in game and got some syntax message and the password change didn't go through.

I had this issue too. Seems like there's 2 ways to reset your pw. If you're already logged into the control panel and send the forgot pw email then you're right, it just loops you around and you can't reset. 

However, if you log out of the control panel and then try to log back in but click the forgot pw instead of logging in you'll actually be able to reset your pw. Hope this helps.

Thanks, but I've been trying both ways, and neither one works. The forgot pw button when I'm logged out leads me to a loop also.

 

Edit: Decided to try opening the password reset link in a different browser, and it worked. (I had been using Firefox; it worked in Chrome)
