Leatherworking specialization (unlearning problem)

Greetings,

I found that there is a problem with unlearning a leatherworking specialization (tribal in my case). I want to respec to dragonscale leatherworking and when I click on the "unlearn button", red info appears: "you can't do it now". This problem has been mentioned in bug tracker couple of times. I have also read on forums that even if you drop LW and start skilling it from scratch to 300, you will still be specced as tribal. Is there any chance of this bug getting fix / or ingame intervention to help me change LW specialization (or any other way to do it) ?
