[Bug?] Player's not here, but casting spells and dealing damage.

Today I have been in a dungeon with a guy that was not inside the instance, I could not target him with spells, but his buffs appeared on us and he was present on the aggro meter. Additionally, it was Shadowfang Keep and there was no player with the curse, but that spirits still spawned. Once we wiped, his spirit ran from the graveyard to the entrance like ours did, but he stayed as a ghost in Silverpine Forest according to unitframes, he was nowhere to be found inside but still his buffs appeared on us.

Also we got attacked by a high-level horde and he was the only one to stay alive, even though he was level 26 and the horde hit like level 60.
