If you have ever been hacked please fill out the following form as honestly as possible! To be honest, what I am mainly interested in is where you acquired your WoW client. I intend on comparing every possible WoW.exe hash to see if any differ from each other. I also intend on packet sniffing the client on the login screen after clicking submit. I want to see if data is being sent anywhere other than the login server when I try to connect on any suspected tainted client. Rezlind 1 Report post Posted March 3, 2017 Thank you everyone for the replies thus far. We have had 41 people respond and given me new leads to check out some new WoW clients. Thus far however the hash signature on WoW.exe from Elysium, Kronos and Retro appear to all be the same. Will now be conducting some packet sniffing to see if any extra data is being sent though. Should anyone have an original WoW client from a CD install and patch upgrade please let me know as I would desperately like to do a Hash check on that.
