(Thursday is an optional raid day for content overflow or Onyxia) Our core has players that have rerolled here from Vanilla Gaming and Nostalrius. We love the game both for its gameplay and for the interpersonal relationships it can foster. Many of us hope to be around for as long as the server is around, or until naxxramas has been farmed to the bone! We also realize that loot is an integral part of the raiding process and have taken great care to create the best system we can based on our former experiences. We do not believe loot council has any merits in the survival of a long-term guild. We use a DKP system that includes weekly decay. This helps ensure the fair distribution of loot, and promotes both spending and continued raid attendance. After a brief trial period of good performance, all guild members are on equal footing for receiving loot. For more information on our system you can visit our guild website. We are non-elitist tryhards. We have a few expectations for potential raiders. All raiders are expected to meet a set of minimum expectations. Raiders should: -Attend the majority of our raid times (80%+). -Bring certain consumables based on their class and role. -Perform moderately well (Play your class, Complete your required duties, Don’t stand in fire) -Have most pre raid gear for their class and role Players that do not meet these expectations will not move past their trial period. Promoted members that stop meeting these expectations may also be demoted. However, every effort will be made by our leadership to discuss deficiencies and expectations before adverse actions become necessary. We believe all players deserve a chance to perform at their full potential!
