Items Not Being Rolled For, Can't Pick Up

I've noticed a few items (Corrupter's Scourgestone, recipes) don't get rolled for even with 2 or more members that can pick them up in the group. This just started happening recently. Here's a picture of a recipe being dropped and no one being able to get it.
