helpme123 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2017 So apparently a few of us are having the same problem. Enough so that Fata1ghost is copy / pasting my message board posts as his own. Either way some of us have had phone issues whatever they might be and we no longer have the authentication app with our Elysium info. I have tried syncing but this does not work. And since I signed up for authentication months ago the email it came in has been removed from my trash folder ( as I did not understand I should have kept it, information that would have been useful when I signed up) I can provide all the info about my account to prove I am the owner but at this point it does not seem as if I can get my account to work without the authentication email being resent or some other method I have no control over. Any help from Elysium staff would be extremely appreciated as I'm sure you are more than aware of how frustrating it is to invest in a character then have it out of reach. When i ask for a new password, it says ''It cant find the email address'' - Was perfectly fine yesteday. but know idk? Dont tell me i wasted 7days to get lvl 60 and now i cant play? If u cant help on this topic, i'll give you my Email if it works better for you that way Please help.. Can provide, any information you need to know that it's my account. SaintPaul 1 Report post Posted March 14, 2017 (edited) Try this: Create a new account and log a ticket in game. Explain your situation and include the account details of the locked account. Admins may or may not disable and then re-enable 2FA on your account. Doing this should issue a new QR code to your email address which you can then link to 2FA and login with. I'm not sure if they currently do this though, because if they did then anyone who gains access to your email account could in theory steal your wow account by going through this process.
