[Elysium PVP] Flight Master at Morgan's Vigil Moved and Unable to fly

The flightmaster and all other NPCs were moved to far locations from their original and the flightmaster cannot be used to fly. I believe the rogue 'Sksk' is responsible for this and I'd like to know if this is a bannable offence as it forces either a Horde Player to fix it or a GM.
