my R8 chest and leggings pieces disappeared

Dear GM

My equipped pvp rank 8 chest and leggings pieces disappeared after my last log-in. I did not vendor them or remove them.. they are enchanted with + 4 all stats on chest and + 8 strength on leggings.

Could you please look into it and restore them?

okay just got them back from mails.. but enchants are gone.. T_T
