Darath 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2017 (edited) Hello, After using 2FA for the first time at my In-Laws house it worked great, logged in and can still log in at their house. However, when I went back to my house and attempted to login (again using 2FA because my IP switched again) I'm getting the message "Call Customer Service" and not able to login. I looked through the forums and didn't see anything. Is this like a temp IP ban for typing in the code wrong? Appreciate the help, Thanks, EDIT: I was simply looking at the wrong 2FA code... after you put it in wrong once it goes from "You put this in wrong" to "Call Customer Service" but once you use the right code you are all set.. boy do I feel dumb.
