No characters transfered with from old Elysium

As the title says.

I had only 1 account on the old Elysium server with a 40ish warlock on it. When I transfered the account or char or what ever u call it, to the new server it showed that the transfer was successful but the account didnt have any characters on it.

I head there were some similar issues during the launch of the server, but I never found a solution.
