AT&T Lag Issues

Hi,

U.S. resident with AT&T fios internet here. It seems that the entire AT&T fios network (maybe all uverse users) are having some insane lag issues since about the 8th of March.

The game plays completely normally between spikes, but the lag spikes are lasting anywhere from half a second to 30 seconds at a time, shooting ping up to the 2k range only to drop back down to a normal 200-300 ping (I'm on the west coast.. sad life)

So far I haven't heard of anyone having these exact problems and not having AT&T.

 

Can we get a confirmation on the issue?

I'm having the same issue, crazy lag spikes with 2000 ping.

 

I wouldn't doubt it is on At&t's side of the house, they love pulling crap on their customers.

I used a VPN as others suggested, and my ping is back to normal.  I don't think it's a throttling issue.

also having this issue, but for me it stays at 1000+ latency with only brief points of usability, with spikes of no data being received, IE players running into walls, unable to loot etc. VPN fixes my issues as well.

Theres a post in the forums about this exact issue. It started for me on Friday and its been acting up all weekend. At&t from Ohio here. What VPN are you all using to get by this issue?

Which VPN are you guys using to fix this? My internet is going through the same thing. I tried Spotflux and am still getting spikes and disconnects and it's impossible to play.

Im in dallas area same is happening to me.  It was green bar all the time up till about a week ago id say. I use at&t aswell. checked everything has to be their servers.
