Missing cloak after summoning templars in silithus

Server - Anathema, character: Connta, 60 orc rogue

Today, 12.03.2017., around 3:00 PM server time i was in SIlithus summoning some templars and i had to equip the Twilight set. After summoning and killing four templars i went back to equip my normal gear but the cloak slot was just empty. Searched all the bags and bank and the cloak is gone. Deleting it is pretty complicated to forget, if i accidentally switched it with a trash drop i would expect that drop to be in the slot yet the slot is just empty. Since then i tried to relog multiple times, checked my mail, tried to equip a low level cloak from AH, which worked just as normal but my original cloak is gone.

The cloak in question is from ZG, Might of the Tribe. Is this the right way to go about such an issue, i tried creating a GM ticket ingame but was always pointed to the bug tracker no matter what category i selected. Please help.
