Problem transfering my account + Discord Access

Firstly, I am unable to transfer my old account to my new account, due to getting an error message upon trying to access the control panel page.

I have tried to access it from different browsers, and I have tried to give it time, 4 hours now.

Below is a screenshot of what is happening

 

Secondly, I am unable to access the Discord server, I haven't had trouble with any other Discord server so far, this is a first.
