EthanKKona 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2017 (edited) I have been contacting the help and support forums and the discord for over 15+ days now and nobody has gotten back to me! :( So I can't login to my account because my 2FA got messed up because I reformatted my phone, and my google authenticator got deleted. Here is the big problem I delete the emails because I have to keep my email clean for work. I can only login on my work laptop and I can barley play on it because its terrible and meant for work. I have all the information I need to provide to prove its my account, including the login folder with my login name on it and all of my characters on my account, and screenshots. -KKona 51 Horde Mage - Guild - Make Horde Great Again! smokeit 26 Report post Posted March 16, 2017 For anyone reading this, make sure your authenticator app is picked up by your phone back-up software/service. Also put the authenticator on a second old telephone, as a backup. Simple. Also, make a folder and save those IMPORTANT e-mails lol.
