Item restoration after ZG items got removed. 4 Day ticket no reply.

Yo, So basically i lost 2 ZG items that u werent supposed(?) to have in the game at that time, but me as user had no idea about. Once i got those new items i sold my old ones, obviously, since those were an upgrade.. But then i login after shutdown and find no gear in those item slots. Is it possible or to much to ask to get my old items back again?

Items that got removed was [Sacrificial Gauntlets]item=22714 & [Blooddrenched Mask]item=22718

I was running with Eye of Rend item=12587  and Voone gloves item=13963(QUEST ITEM)

Ticket been up for 4 days.
