Are bear tanks / prot paladins viable for solo-grinding in dungeons?

Hi!

I am curious, has anyone of you rolled a bear tank or prot paladin and ran soloing instances with 60?

Speaking in terms of what is better, frost mage or any of these two classes. Mainly because of self-heal.

What's your experience so far?

a prot paladin with 8/8 Tier 1 set bonus heal is unkillable as they AoE and reflective dmg down all the mobs

Aoe tanking as a paladin is fun to do for dungeons.
