DM:E Quest - Shards of the Felvine

Hope this is the right forum for this.

Did DM:E yesterday. Did the quest 'Shards of the Felvine' (from Moonglade, after Reliquary of Purity which you have to get from Silithus). According to AtlasQuest and all online databases it should give one of Milli's Lexicon or Milli's Shield as a reward from Patch 1.3.0 onwards (which is the Dire Maul patch). But neither me nor my fellow group members recieved any rewards from the quest.

Have I got the wrong information? Was the item implemented later? Or should I have gotten the reward and the quest is bugged?
