Cannot talk in guild or whispers but i can post everywhere else

I am unable to communicate in guild chat or whisper friends. I am not sure what happened this became an issue after servers crashed on Thursday night. I have logged once since then the following morning Friday before work and than today. I deleted WDB and tried looking on forums. I don't believe I am muted because I can still post in general, trade, world, and also just by /say.
