didnt receive password reset email for 2 hours

hi, i have to highlight here, i attempted rest my password, used "change my password" in control panel, tried 4-5 times during 2 hours, but cant receive email in my 126.com mailbox, would you pls help me what i can do or do you have another way to work out?
